Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any defects, damages, or incorrect items. If you find an issue, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases. If you’re unsure about an item, please contact us for clarification.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is processed, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. The item must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it’s been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
