We have a 3 to 5 business day handling time before our products are shipped. However, our team strives to process and ship your order within 24 hours or the next business day whenever possible.
- Orders placed after 11 AM on Saturday will likely be shipped on Monday.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days.
- Please note that shipping times may vary based on location, customs processing, and courier delays.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we do not have control over delivery timeframes or any potential delays caused by these carriers.

Return Policy
If you need to return a product, we understand. Please review the details below:
- Return Window: You can return backdrops within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Processing Fee: A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Tracking Required: To ensure a smooth return process, please provide us with a tracking number by filling out the tracking form.
- Condition: Products must be in new and unused condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products with a custom logo cannot be returned.
- Refund Details: Refunds will be issued for the product price only (excluding shipping fees) and will be applied to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
